These Terms govern your use of ZZP2ZZP, the independent-professional (ZZP) work and intel site. ZZP2ZZP is the professional work arm of the 3DN family — freelancers, assignments, and labour-market context — alongside IWISH for local marketplace work. By using ZZP2ZZP, you agree to these Terms.

Work · Money · Politics

Most of what truly shapes adult life sits in three foundations: work (how you create value), money (how value is held and moved), and politics (how the rules and influence over your life are decided). The 3DN family is built around that whole — not as three random apps, but as connected pieces of the same economy.

Work — IWISH (local marketplace labour) and ZZP2ZZP (independent professional work).
Money — DutchBud (closed-loop virtual credits) and 3DN (compute & hosting you run on).
Politics — PolitiCap (civic market simulation: put contribution where your mouth is).

The triskelion mark stands for that unity — three arms, one centre — not a religious claim.

Work is half the story — money and politics are the rest.

ZZP2ZZP helps independent workers navigate clients and opportunities. It does not replace your contracts, tax filings, or chamber of commerce duties. Where the 3DN family offers virtual credits (DutchBud) or civic simulation (PolitiCap), those products have their own Terms.

1. What ZZP2ZZP is

ZZP2ZZP publishes information, tools, and community features for freelancers and independent professionals (especially in the Dutch “ZZP” sense). It may include articles, job or company intel, APIs, and related services. It is not your employer, not a licensed employment agency unless explicitly stated for a specific product, and not a bank.

2. Your professional responsibility

You remain responsible for client contracts, invoices, VAT/BTW, insurance, and local labour rules.
Content and intel are provided for information; verify before you rely on them for business decisions.
Do not post confidential client data you are not allowed to share.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Accurate registration where required; keep credentials safe.
No scraping that harms the service, no spam, no harassment, no illegal content.
No impersonation of other freelancers or companies.

4. Connection to the 3DN family

ZZP2ZZP sits under the same work · money · politics whole as the rest of 3DN:

Work here is professional freelancing; local gigs and delivery may live on IWISH.
Money as closed-loop credits is DutchBud; euro hosting is 3DN compute — separate books, no forced conversion.
Politics as civic simulation is PolitiCap — optional, virtual credits only.

Using ZZP2ZZP does not automatically create DutchBud or PolitiCap accounts; those services activate under their own Terms when you join them.

5. Not gambling; not investment advice

ZZP2ZZP is a work and information product. It is not online gambling and not personalised investment advice.

6. No warranties; liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost assignments, business decisions you make based on published intel, or indirect damages from use of free or paid features.
